The interview process began the first business day after applying and taking the simple online assessment. I got a phone call that served as an initial screening, then got scheduled for an interview. The interview went great. It was only with one individual, the director, who was extremely friendly. I basically was offered the position on the spot. I took a background check and when it cleared, I was called in for a second time just to talk and receive an official job offer. The atmosphere was great, the workers were great, but the pay was unacceptable given my experience, education, and previous pay.
