I applied online through the company website. They called me to set up an interview in person at the restaurant. I went in to interview with the manager. He asked basic questions about my experience and interest in different positions within the company. He described the job details of the position I would be hired for as well as advancement opportunities if I stayed with the company long term. I was hired on the spot. The whole process only took a few weeks.
