Applied online and I received a text message the following day. First, exam. Easy but time pressured. Those who pass will proceed to the initial interview. Very easy and fast (it only took me more or less 5 minutes). Was not called within 2 weeks, meaning I was rejected.

Entrevista
The application process starts with a preliminary exam on basic computation, number sequences, and vocabulary. It is immediately followed by another exam, this time on abstract reasoning. After about 10 minutes, results will already be announced and only those who met the set standard scores will be given a schedule for an interview with an HR personnel. Discussion of base pay was done there, and sadly, I found it under industry average hence I rejected the offer.
