Had a zoom interview with the Hiring Manager. The session started with a quick background check, followed by a series of "What have you done?" questions regarding my current and previous job responsibilities. There was no introduction or explanation given regarding the role. The entire session feel like an interrogation. And then the meeting was ended while I was still waiting to get an idea on the details of the role or my Q&A turn. The entire conversation is one-way and lack of participation.
