Phone interview screening, afterwards shortlisted into around 40+ candidates. Company separate us into groups (4-5 people per group) to do a case study for 1 month. After 1 month, everybody flies to a certain city for 2-day presentation and interview process. Only the top 1/3 are shortlisted for the next round interview - basically asked about your background and resume. Some financial or technical questions may come up as well.
