The day after submitting resume online, I received a cold call from Chinahr.com, asking me available time to make an on-site interview. I made an appointment early that afternoon. I was interviewed 1:1 directly by my supervisor, a very nice lady. The interview process is all in English.Questions are about the knowledge of human resource management, your understandings and preparations for the position, and time available, etc. It seems spoken English and available time are two major factors that my supervisor cares about the internship.
