O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Chinatown Community Development Center.
Entrevista
The interview process was unnecessarily extensive for an entry-level at this salary range. It started with a 20-minute phone screening with HR that covered basic interview questions and background information. The second round was an one-hour panel interview with 4 panelists asking about 11 questions. Shortly after that, they send me a written translation test which I needed to complete within 30 minutes. After passing the test, there was a third round which had a very similar format to the second round panel interview and again included around 11 questions. Many of the questions focused on prior experience, behavioral questions and perspectives on the community.
