I saw the post on Chipotle's website. I completed the online application. I received an email about the time and place for the interview. It was a group interview with a total of 5 people. The current team members were apart of the interview process.
I applied online and was brought in for an interview. The interview questions were fairly easy. The woman interviewing me was in a very bad mood. It felt like she was rushing through the interview.

I just got a paper sheet to fill out with information filled out online, then got an interview where I was asked questions. I did not get the job due to no experience.

Entrevista
Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
