I filled out an application and dropped it off in person to the cashier that was working because the manager was occupied at the time. I was contacted a couple days later by the hiring manager to come in for an interview. I tried to prepare for the interview by reviewing the Chipotle website and looking at the different tenets of the company. However, the manager was pretty dry and was not responding well to me at all. I may have just been a really bad interviewee but I felt uncomfortable and left not even wanting the job.

very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience

Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.

Cancelled a few hours before when I was on my way to the interview. Never once communicated with a human being and was never given any information after I scheduled the interview.
