I applied online after finding a craiglist ad for a team member position. I was contacted a few days later to set up an interview during the following Monday. Before the interview, make sure to dress to impress, but nothing too over the top like you would for a corporate job. When the interview finally began I greeted both managers who then proceeded to sit in front of me. One was doing all of the talking while the other generally sat there just listening and watching. Half of the questions I thought were going to pop up never did, but it does not hurt to be over prepared about knowing the company history, food with integrity, and the values they hold. With that said, I didn't do so well because I did not smile enough or was vocal enough for them to hear me even though the manager who interviewed me said he liked me. I received an email a few days later informing me that I did not qualify for the position I applied for.
