I applied online and got a call for an group interview three weeks later.Sadly I didn't get the job due to my age,you have to be 18 or older to work at Chipotle because they serve alcohol.But they allowed me to stay,just to see how everything works.My advice is to know about Chipotle they will ask you about their history.The questions were really simple, you just have to know about the company

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
