Entrevista
Applied online and was asked to come in the next day for an interview. Went in and talked to two people (the managers I'm assuming). General interview questions (tell us about yourself, what do you know about the company, etc.) After the interview was over I was asked to come to a chipotle job fair. Job fair was pretty much the same but with a group.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
