Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Chipotle (Victorville, CA) em fev. de 2013
Entrevista
Initially they called for another family member to come in for a group interview. I stole the interview. Came in the next day. They sit you in a large circle and go one by one asking about experience, why they should hire you, what do you know about the company, what do you know about the culture. It ended up being 8 of us reiterating the same online info about Chipotles culture, owner, how it started, why. etc. I handed them my resume and told them after the group interview that I wasn't called in but I came anyway. They told me to come back tomorrow for a second interview because it showed charisma. After the second interview it took close to 2 weeks for them to call me in to fill out paperwork for the hiring process.

No question was difficult, you will need to know a good amount of info on the company and have it memorized. (Plenty of youtube videos, just google it.)
The interview process was smooth and easy to follow from the start
Well structured and had an interactive interview with the manager
As good questions for an introductory interview
Was given refreshments during interviews
The process which involves a personal interview at their headquarters is quick and pleasant. They respect the interview time and you don't have to wait long. From there they explain more or less what job consists of
Quick process. The interview was simple. They didn’t ask too many questions, mostly availability, desired shift, and why you want to work for them. I had my second interview right after the initial one. That one mostly reviewed answers from the initial interview plus “why do you want to work here” kind of question. Overall, it was about a 10 minute process.
