I put in my application in 12/21/13 and on 12/23/13 received an email to attend a job fair at there location on 12/31/13 which was a interview. So I recommend that you research the about the company and know about Food with integrity, 13 Characteristics and everything else you can find out to get you comfortable with the company. Went to my first interview wearing jeans and a nice blouse with a nice jacket it called to look nicely casual. It was a group interview I interviewed with one other guy, They asked Why Chipotle? What do you want to get out of working here? What would make you a good asset? What is your availability? Tell me about yourself? Make sure when in your interview if it is a group to stand out and be different from the other people do not copy there answer this show no interest in your own decision which they want to hear you not the same thing someone else said. Also make sure to stand out and answer questions first but be respectable for the others. After we were done with the interview he said he will give us a call for another interview. Got a call back 2 days later on 01/03/14 for the second interview on 01/06/14 went inside to ask for the manager which she was in the middle of an interview already so one of the employee asked if I wanted a drink while I wait and had me take a seat in the dining room not even 10 minutes later I get signaled out to go and interview. She asked "What made me choose Chipotle"? What I knew about the company? She was really nice and made me feel comfortable it didn't really feel like an interview at all. Be yourself and smile they want people who are naturally this way because it will help make the company a better place to work. We talked more about the employees and what I would do and learn. After about 15 to 20 minutes later she let me knew that she had other interviews and will call or send me an email that has all the information about the job. On 01/07/14 I got the job with the email confirming I got the job.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
