It was a new store opening, I found out through a job seeking website, they gave me a phone interview then I got chosen to go the job fair. it started out as 7 of us at one table talking to the gm and service manager. it was great conversation, we talked for hours about anything and everything. then it went down to the solos where I got interviewed by the gm, the same service manager and a random manager. then I had to go through a whole another interview with a different service manager which lasted 30 seconds cause she wondered why I went through so many interviews so I got hired.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
