Easy and quick due to COVID hiring needs. Interviewers were still wearing masks, which was great. Experience depends entirely on how good the manager is, IMO, but if you get good managers and co-workers it's better than most entry level food jobs you can get, period.

very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience

Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
