Applied online on a Monday, got an interview for that Saturday. Went to Chipotle at 9 for my interview and it was a quick group interview with 4 other people. They said they would call back whoever gets a second interview. About 2 minutes after the initial interview was over, I got a call for the second interview. They gave me 2 sheets of paper with their motto and a paper about the companies values and the 13 characteristics which they would quiz me on at the third interview. Third interview went well and I got the job, however I never started.

Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

Entrevista
It was very short and easy half the time these companies are in desperate need for employees and just want somebody with flexible schedules and someone who is reliable. Just smile and relax. I personally didn't even get asked that many question just got hired

Entrevista
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
