Applied online, someone called me to come in and about four different people met with me, asked me lots of questions - this included the GM, kitchen manager, staff manager, manager... They said that instead of having me come in for a second interview they would all interview me that day one after the other. and within about 10 minutes I was told I was hired. Took about a week for paperwork.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
