Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Chipotle em mai. de 2015
Entrevista
I was emailed to come in for an interview almost as soon as I submitted an application online. I made sure to study up and I aced every single question. I am naturally and extremely upbeat person and since the manager was 30 minutes late I was chatting up the staff in front...and we all hit it off so great, so much so that I felt like I had made new friends by the time I left!
Another applicant came in (late). Tried talking to her but she was very aloof seeming, so I tried keeping it light and relaxed because she looked nervous and I know how that could feel, she warmed up eventually as even the shyest people eventually do around me.
The manager finally came out...she was nice & down to earth and we hit it off, or so it seemed, at first, until the actual interview process started. We were asked multiple questions, and while I gave informative and positive answers the other applicant gave short and vague answers and didn't even seem all to interested. Even so, the manager kept only talking to her...she would ask us both the same questions but only gave eye contact and respect to the other girl; while I was discussing my answers she just looked down, or around, ANYWHERE but me and kept saying "uh huh. Right. Yep" while NOT taking notes even though she was taking notes for the other applicant. However throughout the whole process I remained professional, upbeat and friendly.
Both the manager and the other applicant were Mexican. As was the entire staff but I obviously didn't think anything of it until that completely unprofessional interview.
Finally, the manager told me that she'll give my information to GM and let me know. What information? She didn't even have the decency to pretend she wasn't giving me the brush of because of my ethnicity. She had the other applicant stay.
20 minutes later I got a rejection email saying I wasn't the right fit.
The manager made it very clear to me and rudley so that what that meant was I was too white for her staff.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
