Answered questions about experience in the food service industry that related to customer service, employee management, and coaching people to do their best in a fast-paced, service environment. It was an interesting experience as I had not interviewed for this type of role before but I was able to connect some of my past experience in other related fields.

What was your most challenging management experience?
Long but not difficult. I've interviewed at a couple of local branches and they vary depending on culture and how much traffic and order volume it has. Cordial, motivated, attention to detail are values they recommend to have.
