Initial interview was only about 5 minutes, they only asked about my availability and briefly went over my experiences. Was asked to come in again to speak with the general manager for a proper interview.

The manager ansked about myself and what my previous work experience was. I felt like they wanted to know about me and my personality. They were mostly situational questions - how would I handle this situation with a customer, how would I handle a fast paced work environment etc . They also went over information about the position and hours. We discussed pay rate.
