The interview process has two rounds. The first round is HR, where some simple technical questions will be asked. The second round is with the tech team, where the will dig deeper into technical questions. Behavioral questions are asked as well.

originally set a 30 minute timeslot, but went closer to 90 minutes. the co founders spent around an hour non-stop talking about themselves and their company - they appear very keen for people to join. it appears they are not genuine - beware, those negative reviews seem to be true: 1) extremely ambitious company mission, but when asked about it, it seems what they have done in reality is far less than what the website says. 2) though it is open knowledge within the startup community, the co-founders claim "i dont know what you are talking about" when i asked about the reasons for so many people leaving. 3) many fringe benefits that were mentioned previously were not in the contract. they claim that its coming soon and refuse to put it in the contract. they even admit that the salary in the post is much higher than what they offer and that they do not plan to make such offer. 4) they were very aggressive in asking me to accept the offer soon, saying that they have hundreds of applicants (although the linkedin shows that there are less than 20 applicants in 3 weeks). finally, they "forgot" to fix those things i asked for in the contract and offered to manually amend it after probation. real beware
