Applied online and was contacted by the recruiter. Had a phone interview and discussed the next steps. Followed up and never received a response. The journey for a candidate is already tough in this job market, and to not a decent response after spending 45 minutes together reflects poorly on the company. Candidates also evaluate the company.

2 rounds of interviews first the managers and then with directors and other people in the business. There were a lot of people in the interviews which seemed like overkill.
