First round of interview with HR followed by a case study to assess CRM skills like STP and campaign planning. Then an interview with the hiring manager where we also briefly talked about the case study

Asked to do free campaign planning and assignment. Many companies do so, but it's never worth it. Pay is not great either. Overall process at first was fast, but will keep updating you and stringing you along for weeks before rejecting you.
