A 6-steps process: Phone Screening with a recruiter, Phone Call with Hiring Manager, In person interview with Hiring Manager and CEO, Assignment (case study) to provide in 48hrs (couple of hours worth of work), In person presentation of case study in front of various team members (Hiring Manager, CEO, Engineering, Design and Marketing) and finally 3h panels (1h each) with different topics, last panel was a work simulation.
