2 Interviews with a panel of 4 people: Senior Pastor, Worship Director, 2 Representatives from Choir and Bell Choirs. 1 hour for each interview. Entire panel was well prepared and each had several prepared questions :, i.e. "In this situation, how would you handle ...." Initial interview (1 hour), called back following week for another 1 hour interview with the same panel. This was followed by an invitation to attend the Bells Rehearsal and conduct the 1 hour rehearsal. Same night I was asked to direct the Choir rehearsal for about 1 hour. Input was gathered for all the members of each group, plus the observations of the Worship Director who was present in both rehearsals.
