I had to connect with an employee on Linkedin to get an interview after they had my resume for 2 weeks. Then I had an interview over an hour and they offered me the position over the phone that night at the salary I requested. Obviously I left money on the table but was excited to turn around a troubled property. Interviewers were fairly inexperienced. HR was the best but after hire she became very shaming and blaming.
