Instead, questions appeared on the screen, and I had a set time to respond some giving 30 seconds, others a full minute. The inconsistent timing made it challenging to answer, as I had to quickly adjust to each question. There was only one chance to respond, with no opportunity to redo answers. After the interview, they mentioned they would follow up, but I never heard back, so I just assumed I didn’t get the job.
