The process was thorough and well-structured throughout, including:
1. Screening phase over the phone with HR
2. Technical assessment in person with a senior service team member
3. Hiring manager 1-on-1 discussion over the phone
4. Final panel interview with the vp of service and HR

Main focus on real-world service delivery experiences like:
- Walk me through a time you had to diagnose a failure under time pressure.
- How do you handle situations where parts are delayed, but the customer expects immediate resolution?
- How do you plan your service calls to balance PMs and emergency repairs?
La discussion a été très rapide. Très peu de questions par la personne au téléphone. Présentation de l'entreprise et du poste. M'a demandé de décrire mes expériences passées. Tout au plus quinze minutes.

Interview with manager was very short, very few questions. Interview with tech was more in depth and more technical. Be prepared with responses to anecdotal/situational questions. This was for entry level.
