Entrevista
The interview was straightforward, and all the questions were the same as others have said. I haven't heard back yet, but they assure you that they will contact each person once they have made their decision. Like others have said, you are asked 4 questions, which are asked by someone at Christie's, but once you go onto the next screen it is written down, so you don’t need to worry about remembering it. The painting I was given was a Picasso one, and I believe they typically give recognisable artists / art movements (I saw someone else was given a Magritte). With this describe the artwork, they asked me to choose three things to say, and include why the work is interesting (you aren't recorded during this question by the way)
I've included the questions in the order they were asked.
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.
Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.

You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
