Met with two coordinators from the department who gauged interest and ability through behavioral questions. The interview flow was a natural conversational exchange and they allowed time for questions at the end.

First they looked at resume, then they sent out a Hireview (recorded video), then zoom call with a person from hiring department, its good to have connections to get job here (less than 2% acceptance rate)
