I was presented as a candidate through a recruiter. I had a phone interview and an in person interview. Both were done in a timely manner and I was kept informed throughout the process.

I appreciated the interview was as much about me being a culture fit as my experience. My resume speaks for itself and with my level of senior management experience I was looking for a position that would be the right fit and it was clear they were, too. I appreciated not being bogged down with having to recite my resume but given the opportunity to explore how I work, what environment I thrive in, how I manage and lead and how they do those things and where we agreed to create a job I would thrive in.
