Entrevista
I was scheduled for what was described as a recruiter screening, but it felt more like a first-round behavioral interview. The recruiter asked role-specific questions but seemed disengaged during my responses. It also became clear they already had a candidate in final rounds and were mainly looking for backups. The process sounded long, with multiple rounds, a case study, and a final interview with the Head of Marketing. I didn’t make it far, and overall it felt like a waste of time due to the lack of transparency and interest upfront.
