I applied for the Data Analyst position through a referral. The process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an HR screening, which covered questions about my previous experience, college projects, and included a basic SQL question. The second round was with the hiring manager and was a mix of behavioral and technical questions, largely based on my resume, prior experience, and the role’s job description. The final round was with another team member and was primarily behavioral. HR was quick with updates, and the overall interview process took about one month.

This entire process took almost three months
I had one phone screen, and then I never heard from that recruiter again. I got passed off to a new recruiter who set up a call with the hiring manager a few weeks later.
The call with the hiring manager was over one hour and they talked the entire time and barely asked me questions.
Weeks went by and then I was asked to go in person for a half day interview with four separate people. They were a mix of technical questions and behavioral questions. I thought I did really well!
Fast forward, three weeks later I found out on the portal I didn’t get the job. No one from Chubb notified me.
Three months, six interviews, half a day in person at their office, a rejection, and no one cared to email me that I didn’t get the job.
Company seems to have an idea of what they want but will still string you along.

Entrevista
The interview didn’t go well. The interviewer was quite rude and dismissive. Even after I explained my previous domain clearly, they couldn’t understand and expected excessive, unnecessary details about my company.
