Phone interview was very friendly and stress free. The in person interview with the hiring managers was a few days later. Felt more like a conversation than an interrogation (like other companies). They put you at ease and are genuine nice people. They just want to make sure you have experience.

I was stood up on initial call screening with no notice. I blocked out my schedule for the call that never came yet was confirmed. Then was rejected after I complained to HR about my experience. I have over 20 years ok I have my own business now but wanted to back into what I was doing most of my working life. I felt age discrimination was another definite factor.
