Multiple rounds with HR Partner, Hiring Manager, Program Manager and Vice President. All the rounds are focused on the background, insurance industry experience, and Agile Transformation experience. Overall the interview process was well coordinated and the HR team is really friendly and helpful throughout the journey. Preparation for the interviews would definitely help. Interviews are close to on the ground experience than theoretical which made the process interesting.
