Easy, laid paid interview. Know your facts. Straight forward process. They made an offer quickly which most insurance companies take forever. Overall it was a pretty painful process. HR asked to compete online application which included my current salary. They came back and offered less than what I was currently making. Advice to HR: actually read the online app you asks people to complete, so you don't offer lower than what they are making.
My interview with Chubb gave me a strong understanding of both the company’s culture and the expectations of the underwriting role.
We discussed how Chubb operates as a global leader in insurance, with a strong emphasis on risk assessment, client relationships, and long-term financial stability.
