Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Chubb (Dallas, TX) em jul. de 2019

Applied online through their career website. An assessment/ personality test is required however I had previously done it for another position within Chubb. A couple of days later I got an email with the interview link which consists of a set of prerecorded question. The interview takes around 30-40 minutes with around 7 questions.

The interview process was online, first you spoke with a recruiter and then you have two interviews with different office managers. The interviews were very causal and comfortable. While I was not offered a position it was a great experience.

The first interview process was very casual with two attorneys that had just started at this company about a month before our interview. Then i was called in for a second interview with one of the VP's of the team that i would be working on, that was extremely casual as well in her office. It went well, we laughed a lot and talked about general things, mostly she explained the role and what i would be doing. We ended on a very positive note and she let me know someone would get back to me regardless if i got the job or not. Weeks go by and its crickets, so i reached out to the recruiter that initially got me the interview and she responded politely that she will let me know the next steps, that was 2 months ago. I just received an email from this company this week (two months after the interview) that i did not get the job. I was not upset that i did not get the job but more so that a company thinks its acceptable to contact an interviewee two months later via email letting me know i did not get the job. It was a blessing in disguise because i do not think i would have accepted this job if they offered it to me two months later with no follow up. Very unprofessional, save yourself the trouble of two interviews and the waiting game and do not apply.
