If you are familiar with the job’s responsibilities and act cool and professional in the in-person interview, along with an over or under the table referral, you probably got the job. Chubb has made everybody working here pee in a cup. This reflects the culture of invasive abuse and mistrust you’re about to endure if you accept the offer. Chubb is the only major insurance company in this country that requires a urine test. This unnecessary fascism reflects Chubb’s redneck conservative atmosphere. There’s a lot of opportunities to get loads of free alcohol at employee events. That joint you smoked two weeks before your interview can be suddenly used against you when the budget cuts come six months later. A urine test for a job like this should be a red-flag IMO. The fact that the hiring is so fast and easy should raise red-flags......I recommend that you shouldn’t even considering working here. Any minimum wage job is better.
