I filled out an online application. I got a call back from the store manager within one week. He was very friendly and invited me to the store for an in person interview. My attire was business casual. He asked me why I was interested in working with Chuck E' Cheese's. There were no behavioral or ethical questions, just basic job interview questions.

I came early to the interview, and the interview went pretty quickly. It was mainly just talking over previous experiences and availability. The interviewer also talked about how the background check was going to work.
