Interviewed with HR first on the phone. They asked to talk about yourself and why you want the job. Then interviewed in a video call with the next person. Similar questions. Final step was in person where I asked questions. Great and easy enough process if you’re prepared. They want to make sure it’s a culture fit just as much as you being able to answer questions.
