The interview was initialy over the phone to screen. The in person interview had me waiting and was in an open area. They answered all my questions and seemed eager to move forward. They even suggested there was another position I would be considered for as well. Then that was it. They did not reach out to me for weeks even after follow up. When they finally reached back out I had taken a job at another location.
