I got a call for an interview with the Managers of the department I was applying for about 4 days later. The interview was 2 days after the call. Step 4: If the face-to-face interview goes well and HR hiring agrees, you are hired. If they can't make a decision, they may call select people to come back in for a second interview before a decision is made. This whole process can take up to a week.
