First its a Typing test then a Written assessment then an Interview with HR and program senior staff. An offer is usually made a week or two after interviews.
Interview questions are behavioral question's, describe how you handled certain situations in past roles etc. It's a fairly easy Interview.

Behavioral Based Interview, which are based on STAR method as long as one is well prepared. The interviewers are either 2 or 3 depending on the level or position. There is also also a typing speed test.

the typing exercise was a bit unfair, the words were too small to see and the time was too short to actually put in any value. HR conducting the interview sounded unsure of what the process should be like
