After wasting hours on three stages of interviews and technical preparations, no one even bothered to send me an email with a rejection or any other information. Silence.
Like many other companies, they seem to take advantage of the oversupply of software engineers, yet struggle with their own recruitment process. They waste both their own time and the candidates’ time chasing after a "unicorn" while their own tech-lead is a mid-level technically speaking.
The least they can do is respect people's time and send a simple rejection message. Keeping candidates in suspense is unprofessional.
