I had a great experience with interviews. I first interviewed with the person who held the position I was applying for (they relocated and the commute was too much) there were 3 round. It went really well and after speaking to them it made me more excited. I then met with the person over Operations and again they made me even more excited about the role. We actually started talking about systems and processes. My final interview was with the CEO and again it went really well. We talked about my background and what caught my attention about the company. All interviews felt very conversational and not the typical question answer format.
