In the first round, a HackerRank assessment was taken with 20-25 MCQ questions based on Java, Spring and some networking questions. The second round was a pen paper test were three DSA questions were given of medium difficulty, where the first question was easy. Java code was preferred. The test and HackerRank assessment was fine, but the interview process was the worst part. There were three rounds of interview, for the first round the interviewer was really sweet and asked only DSA and Resume based questions with good chit-chat during the interview too. In the second technical managerial round, the interviewer seemed uninterested in technical depth. Several candidates with strong Java and Spring knowledge were not advanced. The selection appeared to favor personality traits like being quiet or hesitant over technical competency. For the technical managerial round, I don't know whether it was their trick or what, whenever you will try to answer his question, he might either cut you off in between or make a face as if what you are saying is absolutely wrong and you have no knowledge. So, don't loose hope and still continue speaking confidently. Though, this process was the worst part as the interviewer was not ready to listen to what others wanted to say. But remember to make your point. The third round was an HR round and be careful to know about the company as 2 students were rejected in this round too for having little knowledge about the company.

For freshers:- Internal shortlisting ( based on resume and online assessment ) Interview two rounds ( technical interviews about core fundamentals in java and project which related stuffs ) Last round hr interview.

I have got a call from hiring manager and there after they have scheduled an face to face round of discussion. It was very negative discussion, the attitude that person had is literally very much negitive, they are just trying to prove you wrong there nothing else.
