I applied at the job portal got a call by HR. HR asks standard yes/no questions. Like do you know javascript, do you know HTML, do you know css...etc. After that HR schedule a initial interview. The initial interview went smooth the interviewer was knowledgable and easy going. After this they told me that I would have a final interview with a client. The interview with client went well too. He asked questions about angular vs react. typescript vs javascript. How to architect angular applications etc. After this total radio silence. No one from the company bothered to reach to me tell the status of my application. My advice to the company is that If a person gives 3 interviews and takes PTO from his current job the least you can do is let them know whether they are selected or not.
