The job didn't align with the offer published. The were looking for a web developer with knowledge in .NET, not a .NET developer. Pre screen was very nice and professional. Second interview was performed by a person in a dark room, only lit by the computer screen. It was very unprofessional. Constantly forgetting the questions and the details in my CV. They asked me the same question multiple times. Then they spent 10 min going through a checklist for technologies I've worked with to which I just replayed Yes/No. The coding challenge wasn't hard. Probably the worst interview process I've gone through.
