I got an email after I applied to a position. First was a screening process they as us few questions without any interviewer and then inperson interview if they like our screening answers followed by status of the interview.

Slow but informative. The hiring process can take awhile but it is worth it in the end. Just stay patient and transparent, I would recommend also having a competing offer to get the best salary.
